Find the bottleneck. Build what fixes it.

We go inside your operation, map how work really gets done, and build the custom AI, apps, and workflows that solve the real problem — not the symptoms on the surface.

They thought they needed more leads. They already had them. One person was following up by hand — quietly deciding who got served.

From a recent discovery engagement

The visible problem is rarely the real one.

You're busy. Revenue may even be growing. Scaling still feels harder than it should — workarounds live in one person's head, and the same names show up on every important decision.

What looks like marketing is often capacity. What looks like staffing is often owner dependence. What looks like a tech problem is often a workflow nobody wrote down.

What we build after discovery

Whatever the bottleneck needs — not whatever we want to sell.

Custom apps with AI built in

AI analyzing your data and running inside tools your team actually uses.

Workflow automation

Custom workflows that remove manual steps, handoffs, and workarounds.

Training & in-person work

Sometimes the fix is teaching your team a new process — we show up when that's what's needed.

Scoped after discovery

Discovery tells us what to build — or whether to build at all.

Goals before solutions.

1

Align

We write back what we heard. You correct it before we go further.

2

Observe

Sit with the people doing the work. Watch the real process.

3

Map

The steps, workarounds, tools, and handoffs we hear — documented.

4

Diagnose

The real bottleneck, ranked by impact.

5

Recommend

A Strategic Proposal if there's a fit. Or a clear no. You keep the work either way.

You walk away with a Workflow Map.

Not a pitch deck. A visual map of the people we sit with and the part of the business we interview — we generally try to talk to everyone. Plus a Discovery Alignment you can correct, then a Strategic Proposal after we observe the work.

Every client's map looks different. It covers the people we talked to and the part of the business we interviewed.

You get this first

Discovery Alignment

Not a proposal. What we heard, the future you described, and the areas we want to explore — so you can correct us before we recommend anything.

  • What you shared
  • The future you described
  • Areas we'd like to explore
  • Questions for the working sessions

Then this — after we observe

Strategic Proposal

One focused recommendation. What we see, why it matters, what you'd get, and how we'd measure it. If there isn't a fit, we say so.

  • What we see
  • One recommended path
  • What you get, and how it's measured
  • Next step: a Statement of Work
1

Working sessions with the people who do the work

Owner, operators, front line — wherever the friction actually lives. Typically complete within 7–10 days of kickoff.

2

A visual Workflow Map

The people we talked to and the part of the business we interviewed — where it breaks, what's tribal knowledge, what's in the way. We generally try to interview everyone.

3

Alignment, then a proposal — in that order

First a Discovery Alignment you can correct. After we observe the work, a Strategic Proposal if there's a fit. You keep all three either way.

If we continue

The $1,000 is credited toward your first engagement. We put a Master Service Agreement in place with your company — then scope the first phase in a Statement of Work.

If we don't

You keep the Alignment document, the Workflow Map, and the Strategic Proposal. No pressure to buy anything. The deposit paid for the work — not a sales call.

Discovery is $1,000 — credited if you continue. First implementation under your MSA typically runs $20k–$100k, scoped to the bottleneck. After that, work continues in phases: a phase might be $20k, the next $30k — each a piece of the problem, with its own SOW and cost.

The goal is to solve the problem.

We don't ship a one-off and walk away. After discovery, we scope your goals and structure the work in phases — each one a finished product with its own Statement of Work, not an unfinished slice. That might take six months. It might be a five-year arc. We meet the problem, not a packaged timeline.

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

We're selective. We choose clients the way we'd choose employees — the fit has to go both ways. When it does, we'd rather work together for years than ship one thing and leave.

Good fit

  • Revenue is growing but too much still depends on one person
  • You have demand but can't scale delivery the way you want
  • You've tried tools or AI and they didn't stick
  • You're growing, selling, or hiring — and the operation has to transfer

Not a fit

  • You already know exactly what to build and just need a vendor
  • You want a free demo, not a paid diagnosis
  • You're not willing to let someone see how work really gets done

Two founders. They stay on diagnosis, build, and delivery.

You don't get handed to a junior team. Stephen finds the bottleneck, leads development, and architects the solution. Levi owns the relationship, the interfaces, and sales. On a bigger project they may bring in help — they don't disappear.

Tell us about your business.

This is a request — not a charge. If there's a fit, we'll walk you through the $1,000 discovery and what the Workflow Map includes. If not, we'll tell you straight.

We'll be in touch.

$1,000 is not charged on this form. If we move forward, the deposit is credited toward your first engagement. If we don't, you keep the Alignment, the Workflow Map, and the proposal.
